Blenders

For the last several years, smoothies have been a staple in my diet and have played a big role in healing my skin and overall health. One of the great things about smoothies is that they are a great way to pack a great deal of gut healing micronutrients and dietary fiber into a small and easy to digest meal/snack. By making the decision to add a blender to your kitchen and use it frequently, you are taking a very powerful step in terms of nourishing your gut and healing your skin. Below I have compiled years of personal trial and error and additional research to list my best blender option for the low, mid, and high price ranges.

NutriBullet NBR-1201

If you are on a budget and are looking for a reliable low-price option, the NutriBullet is the blender for you. Although it only contains a 600 watt motor, it will surprise you with its power. The NutriBullet is capable of breaking down even the toughest ingredients into a remarkably smooth consistency. It is also very compact and easy to use. The blender package includes a couple different size cups which you can simply fill with ingredients, screw onto the power base, blend, and drink. This makes for very a very convenient smoothie making process and an easy clean up. Click this link to check it out on Amazon.

Nutri Ninja Blender DUO with Auto-iQ

Which blender do I use to make my smoothies? The Nutri Ninja. To me, nothing beats the combination of sustained quality performance at a reasonable price. The Ninja gives you the convenience of the NutriBullet, but is ultimately a more powerful and durable machine. Like the NutriBullet, the Nutri Ninja comes with different size cups which can easily screw onto the base. With that said, the Ninja’s base is twice as powerful at 1,200 watts. It also comes with a 72 oz blending container for bigger jobs.  If I had to recommend just one “best bang for your buck” blender that will make you top notch smoothies for years to come, I’d go with the Nutri Ninja. Click here to see it on Amazon.

Vitamix 5200

If you have the money to spare and are looking for the blender that is going to produce the best smoothies possible, the Vitamix is your best choice. It is definitely a more expensive option, especially when compared to the other two blenders on this list. With that said, the performance level of this machine justifies its higher price. The Vitamix is widely recognized as the best blender for smoothies. It has a top of the line motor running at 1,380 watts and has ten variable high-powered speeds. The easy to use speed dial gives you unmatched control when it comes to creating your perfect texture. This system is the best of the best on the smoothie blender market. Click here for the Amazon link.
